When David considers the heavens and the work of God’s fingers, David finds that the moon and the stars are placed perfectly. He is amazed. He becomes humble, and proclaims “LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!” (1, 9)

When Jesus healed the lame and the blind in the temple, the children and the religious leaders saw the wonderful things Jesus did. The children were shouting in the temple court, but the religious leaders were questioned. Jesus said to them, “Have you never read? ‘From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise?’” (Mt 21:12-17).

Are you seeing God’s glory through nature like David and the children? Romans 1:20 says, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities… have been clearly seen… so that people are without excuse.”
Application: May God open our eyes and humble us to see His eternal power and divine nature. And let’s open our lips and praise Him.
